Bill was first introduced to Martial Arts in the early
70's by an uncle who taught him some self-defence techniques he had
been taught in the armed forces. He then studied Karate for several
years until the instructor moved abroad. In the mid 80's he took up
boxing and in the late 80's studied Wu style Tai Chi. In 1990 Bill
started training with his present Teacher Bob Lowey.
Bill teaches both Health and Relaxation and Full Carriculum. |
