I became interested
in Taiji after reading about internal martial arts, and joined
a local class to find out what it was all about.
After a year I joined the 7 stars School and was immediately impressed by the
breadth and depth of knowledge which was freely and enthusiastically shared by
the instructors.
That was about 7 years ago and I have studied and practised the Health and Relaxation
syllabus since then, becoming a Health & Relaxation Instructor last year
after retiring from full time employment.
I am keen to share the benefits of Taiji and Qigong with people of all ages and
physical abilities who wish to work towards improving their health &
wellbeing.
I believe no one is to old or physically challenged to derive some benefit from
Taiji. Give it a try-it might be what you have been looking for. |
